  2. Keep Appliances Away from Water: Water and electricity don't mix. Keep your appliances away from water sources, such as sinks, bathtubs, and swimming pools.

  4. Avoid Damaged Cords: Check your cords regularly for damage. If you find any damaged cords, replace them immediately.
  5. Switch Off Appliances When Not in Use: Switch off your appliances when not in use to avoid standby power consumption and reduce the risk of electrical fires.
